Doing Business In (DBI)

Doing Business In (DBI) is Djøf Students' annual study tour, organized by a project group consisting of volunteers from Djøf Students in collaboration with Novozymes and Boston Consulting Group. The purpose of DBI is to provide 30 top students from a variety of disciplines and universities to get an in-depth knowledge about a current international challenge in Novozymes. The selected students will spend two weeks in the destination country, where they learn about Novozymes and their current challenges and opportunities. In addition, they build a strong understanding of the macroeconomic environment affecting Novozymes in the country, as well as possible environmental and cultural factors. The trip is organised with a mixture of cultural, social and competence-building events and workshops. One day on the trip, for example begins with a challenging workshop with one of the world's leading consulting firms, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), then continue with a visit to the local university and end the day with a lesson in the national dance.
