Wow moments in Iceland!

Vulkan Rejsers medarbejdere Jenny og Susanne er netop vendt hjem efter en 10-dages studietur til Island. Med sig tilbage har de masser af oplevelser, som de gerne deler. Hvad syntes I om dette magiske øjeblik i Akureyri, i det nordlige Island?

Reykjanes er så utrolig smuk.

Diamond Beach får sit navn fra de mange isblokke, der flyder rundt i gletsjerlagunen Jökulsárlón. De formationer, der danner, varierer i alle mulige former og farver, utroligt smukke. Kørsel derfra fra Reykjavik tager cirka seks timer, men det er et besøg værd.

Den berømte Blå Lagunen ligger som en oase midt i et lavafelt uden for Reykjavik. Her kan I nyde det varme (36-39° grader) og mineralholdige vand, uanset årstiden. Blå Lagune er et udendørsbad, som får sit vand direkte fra geotermiske kilder med en dybde på 2000 meter, og vandet holder en varm og indbydende temperatur på 36-39° året rundt. Her finder I også en indendørslagune og en geotermisk sauna. Det varme vand indeholder naturligt aktive ingredienser, såsom velgørende mineralsalte og grønne alger, som hjælper dig med at slappe af og slippe hverdagens stress og jag. Det hvide kisel-ler, som skånsomt renser og skrubber din hud, har en vitaliserende effekt, mens de blågrønne alger giver din hud næring og gør den blød og lækker. Mineralsaltene har en balancerende og afstressende virkning på både krop og sjæl.

Mød de søde lundefugle 😍 Dette er udflugten for dig som vil komme rigtig tæt på lunderne, der måske er mest kendte for deres store farverige papegøjelignende næb i kombination med et pingvin-look.
