The Damajagua Waterfalls, also known as the 27 Waterfalls of Damajagua, are a series of natural waterfalls and pools located in the northern part of the Dominican Republic, near Puerto Plata. Visitors can hike through the jungle, jump, slide, and swim through these cascading falls, making it a popular spot for adventure tourism and eco-tourism. The name “Damajagua” refers to the river that feeds the waterfalls.

Enjoy the amazing dune buggies excursions*

This exhilarating excursion takes you into the countryside and
“jungle” where you will buggy through tropical trails., through
remote villages, by sugarcane fields and up the mountain. Don’t
be concerned if a few cows, a donkey and his owner appear out of
nowhere carrying a heavy load. Splash through jungle streams &
experience scenery seldom seen with other excursions. Your
guide will take you to a Beautiful beach where you can wash off &
swim before heading back to base. Don’t be so sure that you will
be all cleaned up

Included:
Round trip transportation from/to your Resort. Upon arrival you will be given a safety lecture
including operation of your buggy, a helmet and seated in your buggy.
Upon your return you will be given a drink (alcohol or non-alcohol) and then returned to your
resort.

Suggestions:

Bring cheap sunglasses, a bandana, closed/water shoes, also wear clothes you don’t mind
disposing of (they will get dirty) Waterproof bag for smokes, cells, cameras and such.
Cash if you choose to buy DVD’s photos or a CD’s and drinks up the mountain or the beach

Damajagua 27 Falls is considered the number one eco-tour in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. This adventure takes you over 27 waterfalls through a tropical forest, where visitors jump from one to another (helmets and lifeguards required). Some of the jumps can be up to 25 feet high, so those who prefer to skip the jumps use the wooden stairs. It is a very physical activity and the park offers the right equipment and staff to make it easier.
27 Falls: What to wear?
Since this is a purely aquatic tour, it means that clothing must be suitable for sliding, jumping and swimming. The Damajagua park office has a list of what to bring (and what not to) to ensure the best possible experience when visiting the 27 waterfalls:

Closed-toe, water-repellent shoes (no sandals, no flip-flops)

Let’s get to know La Isla Bonita with Ramon's Tours - Excursions & Transportation Our guide will take you to this paradise of turquoise blue water, with its live coral reefs teeming with brightly colored tropical fish.
We will take a road trip through beautiful country landscapes to the Castillo de la Isabela, where we will board the catamaran “THE OCEAN KING” DELUXE with solarium and slide! It will take you on a journey along the coast of La Ensenada beach with beautiful landscapes until to the natural pool with crystal clear water, where you will slide down the slide, enjoy Caribbean music and drink cider.
Then we will go to La Isla Bonita (Cayo Arena) and we will do snorkeling, we will swim with the corals and colorful fish, we will enjoy the island for about 2 hours. On the way back we will visit the Monte Cristi National Park with exuberant mangroves and wildlife. We continue the journey to the beach of Punta Rucia, to enjoy a delicious lunch with lobster.
