An E-Ticket is a requirement for everyone entering and exiting the Dominican Republic - whether on resort or off. It is a digital form required by multiple institutions in the DR for entering and leaving the national territory (similar to a customs form + some more info).
The important thing to note here is that there is NO FEE associated with this. You simply fill out the form, and you get sent a QR Code. There is a scam website that is circling around charging people a fee, and many have fallen for it - as they did not have prior information about the e-ticket process. That's why we wanted to bring this to your attention!

The form can be filled out one time for both arrival or departure, or it can be filled out for arrival only and departure at a later time.
