جمعية إيزوران للسياحة بني فرح هي جمعية فتية أنشئت بتاريخ 01/10/2011 من طرف مجموعة من الشباب الطموحين ببلدية بني فرح (عين زعطوط). الجمعية هي نتاج لفهم الطبيعة السياحية والمقدرة التنافسية لمنطقة بني فرح في المجال السياحي الريفي والجبلي. انطلاقا من التنوع التضاريسي و المناخي للمنطقة ، وتوفرها على مساحات غابية وجبلية كثيفة ذات تنوع نباتي وبيولوجي، وأكثر من ثلاثة عشرة (13) منبع ماء طبيعي ، وكذا للغنى
التاريخي والثوري للمنطقة والتي تحوي أكثر من عشرة (10) مواقع أثرية أمازيغية ورومانية وأكثر من ستة (06) تجمعات سكانية قديمة مختلفة الأحجام ومتنوعة التصاميم وطريقة البناء. بالإضافة إلى عادات وتقاليد أهل المنطقة الأمازيغية الإسلامية، فإن الجمعية وبناء على أهدافها المسطرة في قانونها الأساسي ستعمل على :
1- حماية كل المعالم التاريخية والطبيعية بالمنطقة بما في ذلك حماية البيئة النباتية والحيوانية، التشجير، إعادة الاعتبار للمنابع الطبيعية وترميمها والحفاظ على صورتها القديمة والطبيعية. وكذا العمل على إقناع السلطات المعنية بتصنيف الغطاء النباتي كمحمية طبيعية.
2- العمل على الحفاظ على تقاليد وعادات أهل المنطقة وكتابة تراثها وتاريخها وإعادة بعث الفلكلور الشعبي وإحيائه من خلال تظاهرات سنوية.
3- العمل موازاة مع السلطات المعنية بالتراث والآثار في حماية المناطق الأثرية العديدة والتجمعات السكانية القديمة من أجل تصنيفها وحمايتها من التخريب والسرقة.
4- العمل على إبراز القدرات السياحية للمنطقة وتشجيع السياحة من خلال ترميم التجمعات السكانية القديمة والمعالم الأثرية في إطار السياحة الريفية، وكذا من خلال الترويج للسياحة الإقليمية من خلال تهيئة المنطقة الجبلية وإعادة الاعتبار للطرق الغابية والمؤدية إلى منابع المياه الطبيعية.
5- نشر الثقافة السياحية لسكان المنطقة وخاصة لدى فئة الشباب من خلال تحسيسهم بأهمية السياحة بالمنطقة بصفتها أولوية اقتصادية مع التركيز على تكوينهم في هذا المجال وكذا لإعادة بعث الصناعات التقليدية والحرفية بالمنطقة.
6- التواصل من أجل إقامة تظاهرة ثقافية ورياضية سنوية بالمنطقة لإضفاء طابع سياحي خاص للمنطقة ولتشجيع أنواع من الرياضات مثل ماراتون المسالك الغابية والجبلية، تسلق الجبال والطيران الشراعي. والتخييم... الخ
7- العمل على إنشاء متحف للمصنوعات التقليدية التي تؤرخ لتاريخ المنطقة، وكذا إنشاء إقامة تبنى على النمط القديم للمنطقة لاستقبال السواح الاجانب وكذا متنزه بالمنطقة الجبلية للراحة والترفيه. بالإضافة إلى الترويج لإقامة مركب متعدد الرياضات كمركز تدريب للفرق الرياضية المجاورة . Izourane Association for Tourism Bni Frah is a new association established on October 01st, 2011 by a group of intellectuals living the municipality of Bni Farah (Ain Zaatoot). The Association is the product of understanding the touristic nature and the competitiveness of the region of Bni Frah in the field of rural and mountain tourism. From the topography diversity and climate of the region, and availability of a huge forests and dense mountainous with a diversity of plants and biological variety, and more than thirteen (13) natural water fountains, as well as the historical and revolutionary dimension of the region that containing more than ten (10) archaeological sites; Berber and Roman, with more than six (06) ancient settlements of different sizes with variety in designs and construction methods. In addition to the Islamic and Berber customs and traditions of the people of this region, the association according to the aims mentioned in its statute will:
1 - Work as much as possible to protect both the historical and natural landmarks in the region, including the protection of Vegetarian and zoological environment, afforestation, rehabilitate of the natural water fountains, restore and preserve its old and natural image. As well as working to convince the concerned authorities for the classification of vegetation as a nature reserve.
2 - Work continuously to preserve the traditions and customs of the people of the region and writing the region history and heritage, as well as reviving the folklore through annual events.
3 – Coordination in parallel with the concerned authorities in heritage and Ancient monuments to protect the archeological sites and ancient settlements in order to classify and protect them from vandalism and theft.
4 - Highlight the touristic capacity of the region and promote tourism through the restoration of the ancient settlements and old monuments in the framework of rural tourism, as well as by promoting the climatic tourism through the arrangement of the mountainous region and re-consideration of the forest ways especially those leading to the water fountains.
5 - Spreading the culture of tourism to the region's population, especially among young people by raising their awareness about the importance of tourism in their region as an economic priority, with emphasis on training them in this field, as well as to resurrect the traditional industries and crafts.
6 - Contact for the establishment of an annual cultural and athletic event in the region to confer it a special label, and to encourage the different types of sport such as marathon of forest and mountains tracts, mountain climbing and paragliding. Camping ... Etc.
7- Work as much as possible to create a Museum of Traditional Crafts chronicling the history of the region, as well as the establishment of a wide traditional indwelling by following the old building style of the region to receive and host foreign tourists. In addition to promoting the establishment of a multi-sport training center for nearby sports teams.
