Last week, we had the honor of hosting Ing. Edwin Javier Lara representative from the Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería de Ecuador to inspect the thriving rye plantations of one of our dedicated small producers. We're proud to support local farmers and embrace green practices to cultivate the finest grains for our premium whiskeys. Together, we're committed to sustainability and excellence.

Last week we hosted thirty students of the Universidad de Bolivar, School of Risk Management, at our distillery. Amongst other things we shared with them best practices and safety standards, such as tailboarding and high risk environment management for our industry. Glad to have you all!

Batch 7 of our high altitude whisky is on the books. This one will be barreled and ready in 4 years…..quality takes time and requires patience.
We are naming this barrel “grandpa Brown” after one of the coolest guys I’ve ever known.
