RESERVATION POLICIES
Reservations must be made via e-mail and will be considered valid when the LUAL TOURS staff responds by the same means.
Reservations made 20 days or more before the tour, have 9 days to confirm by making a deposit of 40% of the total payment.
Reservations made 19 to 8 days prior to the cruise, have 5 days to confirm by making a deposit of 40% per pax.

e 7 to 2 days before the tour must be confirmed immediately by making a deposit of 40% per passenger.
The balance must be paid up to 10 days before the tour starts.
Reservations made 3 days before the tour must be paid in full immediately.
Children over 10 years old pay the full price of the tour and their participation is conditioned only in the company of their two parents.
ALL PASSENGERS WHO MAKE A RESERVATION MUST SIGN THE RELEASE FORM TO AVOID INCIDENTS 5 DAYS BEFORE THE TOUR STARTS.
AND TOURISTS WHO MAKE A RESERVATION 2 DAYS BEFORE THE START OF THE TOUR MUST SIGN THE RELEASE FORM AT THAT TIME. ONCE THE TERMS ARE FULFILLED AND THERE IS NO REQUEST FOR EXTENSION BY THE CLIENT, "LUAL TOURS" WILL BE ABLE TO MAKE USE OF THE RESERVED SPACES WITHOUT PREVIOUS NOTICE AND OPTION TO CLAIM BY THE CLIENT OR INTERMEDIARY AGENCY OF THE TOURIST SERVICES. CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Cancellations received more than 20 days before the departure date are refunded in full.
Cancellations received 19-15 days prior to departure date will be refunded in full, except for a $15.00 service charge per person.
Cancellations received 14-8 days prior to departure will incur a penalty of 40% of the agreed rate.
For cancellations received 5-0 days prior to departure date, we will apply a 100% penalty to the total agreed value.
In the case of a last-minute mishap, the passenger may use his right to cancel the tour, with the payment of 15% of the total value of the tour, for operating expenses. IN THE CASE OF MINORS AND SENIOR PASSENGERS THERE IS NO PENALTY REGARDLESS OF THE REASON FOR CANCELLATION.
