☕After a hearty breakfast, we’re ready to explore this stunning volcanic lagoon. Taking our time, the hike down to the lagoon and back may take around 3 hours or more.

🤝We highly recommend renting a kayak or enjoying a relaxing moment on the shore to fully appreciate the beauty of this unique spot.

Is it possible to visit Quilotoa in just one day? Of course, yes!

📸 Enjoy an adventurous day exploring Quilotoa Lagoon and the Grand Canyon of the Toachi River. Start early, heading west through the towns of Toacazo and Sigchos. We'll visit a traditional Andean house, a perfect stop for acclimatization and coca tea.

🏞 At Quilotoa, enjoy free time for a walk to the lagoon, visiting the Craft Market, viewpoints, and lunch. On the way back, pass through Zumbahua and Pujilí.

It is also a slightly demanding part due to the height that is reached, so many take the previous routes for acclimatization.
