C-Our services are available for all nationalities inside or outside Egypt .All applicants from outside Egypt have to have at least 12 years of primary and secondary study.All Egyptian applicants from inside Egypt have to have at least university degree ( it is not a condition of the diversity visa program but it is a condition from Tromeni's administration for logical but not announced reasons )
D-Our prices are fixed and paid in equivalent amount in US dollar/euro or other available currency in case the subscriber is from outside Egypt.
E-Our Services fees exclude tax and payment fees.
F- the amount is paid on 2 levels:
Level 1: 50 EGP. before booking appointment
level 2 (200 for single person/150 for 2 persons/100 EGP for groups ) after confirmation number.
G-Refund is available in level 1 only and before attending your appointment if it is before a week.If your appointment is on days after a week from your transaction ; so is available refund in during a week.
H- any refund is not including transaction fees or tax.

5-تاجير سيارة من المطار
6- ترجمة اي وثائق يحتاجها العميل قبل وبعد السفر بسعر رائع 18 جنيها مصري فقط ل 300 كلمة
ج- جميع خدماتنا متاحة لجميع الجنسيات داخل وخارج مصر.جميع المتقدمين من خارج مصر يجب ان يكون معهم على الاقل 12 سنة متواصلة من الدراسة الابتدائية والثانوية. جميع المتقدمين من مصر يجب الا يقل تعليمهم عن التعليم الجامعي( هذا الشرط لا يخص برنامج الهجرة العشوائية ولكن يرجع الى رؤية ادارة الشركة لاسباب منطقية غير معلنة )
د-جميع الرسوم ثابتة تبعا لسعر اليوم واي اختلاف في الرسوم سيتم تحصيله في موعد الدفع.وتدفع بالقيمة المقابلة لها بالدولار / اليورو او اي عملة متاحة اخرى في حالة الاشتراك من خارج مصر.
ه- رسوم الخدمات لا تشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة و الرسوم البنكية ورسوم التحويل.
و- الرسوم يتم دفعها على مرحلتين:
المرحلة الاولى قبل حجز الموعد وتسليم جواز السفر
يتم دغع 50 جنيه
المرحلة الثانية عند الحصول على الرقم التاكيدي
يتم دفع 200 جنيها مصري لشخص واحد/150 جنيه لشخصين/100 جنيها مصري للمجموعات.
ز- متاح استعادة الرسوم في المرحلة الاولى فقط وقبل حضور الموعد في يومين . واذا كان الموعد بعد اسبوع او اكثر يتم استرداد المبلغ في غضون اسبوع فقط من تحويله
ح- المبلغ المستعاد لا يشمل رسوم التحويل والضريبة
