تستأنف القنصلية إصدار كل أنواع التأشيرات لمواطني مصر و اجانب مقيمين في مصر.
يسمح دخول روسيا بشرط سفر مباشر من مصر فقط.
بالاضافة إلى ذلك لا يجوز دخول روسيا دون أن يكون القادم يحمل شهادة تفيد بإجراء تحليل PCR للكشف عن فيروس كورونا المستجد (بنتيجة سلبية قبل ٧٢ساعه على الأكثر من الموعد المحدد للرحلة).
Starting from September 10, 2020, the Consulate General resumes issuing all types of visas for Egyptian citizens and other nationals having permanent residence of Egypt.
❗️The above mentioned citizens can enter Russia ONLY provided they travel directly from Egyptian Airports to Russia❗️. These regulations are also applied to holders of diplomatic and service passports.
In order to be accepted for boarding the plane to Russia, all foreign citizens have to provide a printed medical document (in English or Russian) confirming the negative PCR test for COVID-19, passed not earlier than 3 calendar days before arrival to Russia. They will be also asked to show it upon arrival at the border control. The document must be printed out. If this certificate in another language, it should be translated into Russian and certified by the respective Russian Consulate.
