โฃShe was more than a great royal wife.โฃ โฃShe was ruling the country with her husband Amenhotep III.โฃ โฃAnd as you can see here, these features belong to a group of people.โฃ โฃThese features, with those high cheekbones and those full lips are those of the original people. The 25th dynasty was a line of black pharaohs who originated in the Kingdom of Kush, located in present-day northern Sudan and Upper Egypt.

Most of this dynasty's kings saw Napata as their spiritual homeland. They reigned in part or all of Ancient Egypt for nearly a century, from 744 to 656 BC.

There the Nubian king Piye became the first of a succession of five "black pharaohs" who ruled Egypt for six decades with the blessing of the Egyptian priesthood.

Cleopatra's palace submerged under the sea; The submerged heritage of Alexandria.

Anterodus was an island in the eastern port of Alexandria, Egypt. Anterodus existed until the year 365 when a massive earthquake, believed to be the largest in the Mediterranean region, caused a wave of devastation that reached the shores of Spain. The site now lies underwater, near the waterfront of modern Alexandria, at a depth of about five meters (16 feet).

In 1996, an archaeological mission studied the underwater city in the port of Alexandria. They located the island and found that it was on the other side of the port.
Goddio discovered the remains of a relatively modest (90 meters by 30 metres) marble-floored palace, believed to have been Cleopatra's royal residence.

The lost city of Heracleion
โ€ขIt was an ancient Egyptian city located in Abu Qir Bay, northeast of Alexandria.
โ€ขIt's also known as Thonis and Thonis-Heracleion.

โ€ขItโ€™s believed that Heracleion was built during the eighth century BC, and legend says that the city bears its name because the hero Hercules himself once visited it.

โ€ขThe city was discovered in 2000 by the French archaeologist Franck Goddio and his team when they saw a colossal face emerge from under the water.

๐ŸŒŠAmong the underwater ruins were 64 ships, 700 anchors, a treasure trove of gold coins, statues standing at 16 feet, and most notably the remains of a massive temple to the god Amun-Gereb, and a tiny sarcophagi for an animal.

โ€ขOver time the city was weakened by a combination of earthquakes, tsunamis, and rising sea.

โ€ขA few residents stayed on during the Roman era and the beginning of Arab rule, but by the end of the eighth century AD what was left of the city had sunk beneath the sea.

Nubia is the mother of ancient Egypt. The pharaohs were generally Nubian. Especially the originals, before the Asian invasion. Black Africa is the root of ancient Egypt.

The white Egyptian you see among statue in muesums are from Greco-Roman-Turks-Arabs origin. They didn't built any pyramids in Kemet ! They just put it down their suitcases.

In the 1930s, dreadlocks were a fashionable hairstyle among Rastafarians. The Rastafarian movement, which originated in Jamaica, is based on a blend of Christian and African spiritual ideas. Rastafarians believe that their hair represents the power and energy of their African ancestors, and they wear dreadlocks to reflect this belief. Dreadlocks are religious, but they have also become a sign of defiance and counterculture.

In the 1960s and 1970s, hippies and other groups who didn't like mainstream culture liked to wear dreadlocks. People have used locs for a variety of reasons throughout history. The Maasai warriors of Africa, for example, are renowned for wearing long, thin red dreadlocks dyed with red root extracts or red ochre. However, in Nigeria, infants who are born with naturally locked hair are referred to as "Dada" by the Yoruba.

The Rastafari movement thinks that dreadlocks are a sign of the Lion of Judah, which sometimes shows up on the Ethiopian flag. Rastafari supporters believe that Haile Selassie is a direct descendant of King Solomon and Queen Sheba through their son Menelik I and that the Nazarites recorded in the Bible inspired them to wear dreadlocks.

People of all races and ethnicities now sport dreadlocks as a fashionable hairstyle in many parts of the world. While they have religious and cultural value for some, many individuals just wear them as a fashion statement. Despite their rising popularity, dreadlocks have caused controversy and prejudice.

They have been outlawed in several businesses and schools, and some people have encountered prejudice due to their haircut. In the end, the history of dreadlocks is long and varied. They have deep roots in ancient cultures and are still important to culture today.

What did the Nubian pyramids of Meroรซ look like?

Built between 2,700 and 2,300 years ago, in a desert in eastern Sudan lies a collection of nearly 200 ancient pyramids.

These steeply-sloping pyramids contain chapels and burial chambers decorated with illustrations and inscriptions carved in hieroglyphs and Meroitic script celebrating the rulersโ€™ lives in Meroe โ€“ a wealthy Nile city and the seat of power of Kush, an ancient kingdom and rival to Egypt.

The Benin Walls, also known as the Walls of Benin, were a series of defensive fortifications built around the city of Benin (now known as Edo State in Nigeria) during the 13th to 15th centuries. The walls were made of earth and laterite and were up to 20 meters high in some places, making them one of the largest man-made structures in the world.

The Benin Walls were built to protect the kingdom of Benin from outside invaders and to control trade in the region. The walls were not only used for defensive purposes but also served as a means of communication, with messages being sent using drums and smoke signals.

The walls were first constructed under the reign of Oba Ewedo, who ruled from 1255 to 1280. Over time, the walls were extended and reinforced by subsequent rulers, with the last major expansion taking place under Oba Esigie in the 16th century.

The Benin Walls were designated a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1995 and are considered an important cultural and historical landmark in Nigeria. Despite their historical significance, many parts of the walls have been damaged or destroyed over time due to neglect, urbanization, and development.

Earth Castles, Togo ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ฌ
The Batammariba people, whose name means "those who model the earth", live in
north-eastern Togo and are known for making remarkable mud tower-houses (Takienta) which have come to be seen as a symbol of Togo.

Many of the buildings are two storeys high and those with granaries feature an almost spherical form above a cylindrical base. Some of the buildings have flat roofs, others have conical thatched roofs. They are grouped in villages, which also include ceremonial spaces, springs, rocks and sites reserved for initiation ceremonies.

Nature is strongly associated with the rituals and beliefs of society and the architecture of the tower-houses are a reflection of social structure, its farmland and forest and the associations between people and landscape.

The army of 'Amr ibn al-'As led the Muslims to conquer Egypt between 639 and 646 AD. The Rashidun Caliphate was in charge of the whole thing. It ended the seven-hundred-year rule of Egypt by the Romans, which began in 30 BC.

Egypt had been taken over and ruled by the Sasanian Empire from 618 to 629, before the Byzantine emperor Heraclius took it back. The caliphate took advantage of the fact that the Byzantines were tired and took over Egypt ten years after Heraclius had taken it back.

By the middle of the year 630, the Caliphate had already taken over the Levant and its Ghassanid allies in Arabia. The loss of the wealthy province of Egypt and the defeat of the Byzantine armies made the empire much weaker, which led to more territory losses over the next few hundred years.

From a slave to a Samurai.

The first known black samurai in Japanese history was Yasuke, a man of African origin who lived in Japan in the late 16th century. Yasuke was brought to Japan by Jesuit missionaries and served as a slave to the Italian Jesuit Alessandro Valignano. However, he eventually caught the attention of the powerful feudal lord Oda Nobunaga, who was intrigued by Yasuke's appearance and made him a retainer. Yasuke was trained as a warrior and was said to have performed well in battles, earning him the title of "samurai."

However, Yasuke's stay in Japan was brief, and after the death of Oda Nobunaga, he disappeared from historical records. Despite his limited time in Japan, Yasuke's story has captured the imagination of people around the world, and he has been the subject of several books, plays, and even a manga series.

It is important to note that while Yasuke was the first known black samurai in Japanese history, there is limited information available about him, and much of what is known has been passed down through legends and oral traditions. Nevertheless, Yasuke remains an interesting and unique figure in Japanese history, and his story continues to inspire people to this day.

A civilization of innate glory, they were renowned for their wealth and prowess as hunters, fighters, educators and skilled artisans in iron, copper, gold and pottery.

They traded extensively with the Far East and Middle Eastern empires and educated the Greeks in astrology, medicine and science.

Prior to demise, caused by a constant stream of European and Assyrian attack (as well as their well known culture of tomb-raiding and grave robbing), the original Pharaohs of the African continent, residing across the Horn, were referred to by a number of Greek philosophers as โ€œthe Godly leaders of a Black paradiseโ€. ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ธ
