The massive statue of Ramesses II at Memphis, Egypt, is one of the most iconic relics of ancient Egyptian civilization.

dating back to the 13th century BCE during the reign of the powerful pharaoh.

Originally standing at over 10 meters (33 feet) tall, It was discovered in the 1820s, broken in two pieces, and eventually transported to an open-air museum near the ancient city of Memphis.

Today, the statue lies in a prone position due to its size and fragility, but it remains a popular tourist attraction and an important symbol of Egypt’s rich heritage.
