أول مرة في مصر .. البناء بالتربة المدكوكة في المناطق العشوائية
التخطيط للمشروع بدأ في 2014 وعلي مدار سنتين عدينا بصعوبات كتير عشان نقدر ننفذه بالشكل المطلوب. المشروع ده يعتبر أول مشروع بناء في مصر فى منطقة عشوائية، يتم بأستخدام التربة المدكوكة .. وده كان في منطقة من مناطق مصر القديمة .. بالتحديد في عزبة أبو قرن.
شركة P*P وفريق الـ CSR الخاص بيهم كان ليهم دور كبير في المشروع. وجودهم معانا ومساعدتهم الفنية والمادية ساعدت المشروع بشكل كبير إنه يتنفذ بالشكل المطلوب .. بالأضافة لدور كل الأشخاص والجهات اللي كانت بتدعمنا عشان نقدر نزود الموارد المالية للمشروع
ده أول مشروع .. بس الأكيد إنه مش هيكون الأخير. المشروع ده بداية لسلسلة من المشاريع اللي بتهتم ببناء وتنمية المجتمع.

For the very first time in Egypt. Rammed-Earth technique in an !informal settlement
We started planning for this project since 2014, we went through several challenges until we were able to accomplish it. It is considered the first housing unit to be implemented using Rammed-Earth technique in an informal settlement in Egypt. It took place in Masr El-Adima. Specifically in Ezbet Abu-Qarn.
P*P (Pinnacle Construction Projects) played an important role in achieving this dream.Their technical and financial support guaranteed the completion of the project and their dedicated CSR team made the work smooth and easy. The project was supported by several people, entities & friends, who made the online crowd-funding campaign successful by believing in our cause.
It's the first project, but certainly not the last!. We're planning to start a series of upcoming projects which aims to utilize sustainable construction for the sake of community development.
We will walk you through the different stages of the project and very soon we will be launching the full documentation to show all the details, lessons learned,
challenges and recommendations.
