مش ها انكر آخر كام سنه كانوا صعبين جدا عليا مليانين احداث وتغيرات كتير بس ممتنه جدا لكل خطوه لكل واحد وقف قدم ليا الدعم ، شكرا لعيلتي واصحابي💗حتي التجارب القاسيه كان فيها دروس وعظه 🤲

↞ Guanajuato فيها ١٥ كنيسة 💒
↞ من أشهر الكاتدرائيات في المكسيك موجوده في Guanajuato ، هي اللي باينه في الفيديو ورا، لونها أصفر و أحمر اسمها Basílica Colegiata de Nuestra Señora de Guanajuato⛪️
↞ المدينة دي أسّسها الأسبان في بداية القرن السادس عشر و كانت المدينة الأولى لاستخراج الفضة في القرن الثامن عشر 💎
↞ Guanajuato هي أول مدينة وطنية منتجة للذهب و الرابع للفضة 🥇
↞ اشهر أكلة هناك هي ال Enchiladas Mineras المعمولة من التورتيلا و خضار و جبنة🌮 🌶

These are the words I live by. I’m Walaa Mohamed, and this is my travel blog! I was exposed to travel since toddlerhood; I was put to sleep by my dad’s stories about different travelers, such as the likes of Ibn Battuta – the inspiration behind this page. Not to mention, my aunt would always entertain the family with her different stories from the different cities she’s been to as well. Due to the nature of her work, she got to explore the heart of the different cultures she’s faced and this is what I had always aspired to do one day.
My interest was further nourished by the cartoons I watched, as I roamed the seven skies with Aladdin and his magic carpet right after crossing the seven seas with Sinbad, and this is what really opened my eyes to the fact that my true passion is to travel and explore the world.
My ultimate dream is to visit every single country on Earth and encourage young travelers of any and all nationalities to do so! As an Arab/Egyptian woman, though, doing so wasn’t the easiest of tasks. I managed to travel nonetheless, and so I decided to share my experience with other women like me, who dream of seeing what the world has to offer but are too afraid to face the world on their own.I’m also speaking to every working mother out there because I, too, am a working mother. I have a son who is my pride and joy, and a job I consider to be my other passion. I’m hoping that through this page I’ll be able to show you that motherhood doesn’t put everything else on pause; it rather makes our adventures even more interesting.
Through my page, you will be able to glimpse some of the amazing cultures I came across from the comfort of your own home. As an IGCSE Humanities instructor, I aim to use the knowledge I possess to spread more awareness about different cultures - think new norms, different values, eye-grabbing traditional fashions, mouthwatering food/spices, and even more - in order to encourage everyone to embrace their backgrounds.
“Bint Battuta‘s Page" is a shout out to everyone who finds escapism in travel, and I hope it becomes a source of motivation and guidance for all young women, including (but not limited to) working mothers to conquer the world.
Abu Abdullah Muhammad Ibn Battuta was a Moroccan Muslim scholar and traveler best known for his traveling and going on excursions called the “Rihlas”. His journeys, which covered the known Islamic world in its entirety, lasted for a period of almost thirty years. After his journeys, he was appointed a judge in his home country of Morocco until his 1368 death.
I’m hoping that one day I’ll be able to cover as much of the world as Ibn Battuta did so that I can look back at my life and see that I’ve come as close to being “Bint Battuta” as I can get. So far, I have visited different countries like Malaysia, the United States of America, Turkey, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Macau, Sri Lanka, Nepal & South Africa etc. Yet, these are only what I hope to be the start of a wonderful adventure.
