Our Egyptian team and the people behind the scenes that help make it all happen. We would be lost without them!

There support & encouragement is such a gift!

First we present to you our retreat chef, Hani 😍

Hani is arguably our most important team member, as the one who provides and prepares our beautiful meals for us! Nourishment is an incredibly important factor in our transformational process.

As the soul is nourished by Amentet the Goddess of the West, so Hani takes care of the nourishment of the body… he is a living embodiment of the divine provider!

He ensures that we feel the sense of abundance with he careful and heart centred food procurement and preparations…

Hani has won prestigious awards multiple years running for his contributions to culinary tourism in Luxor by the Ministry of Tourism.

We consider Hani to be a dear friend. He is our right hand man and we adore him! As do our retreat participants who tell us they want to take him home with them when they leave! 😆

We believe Hani deserves to have his own cook book for all of his wonderful recipes! So that participants can recreate his magic at home!! Watch this space…

So you have been reintroduced to us, the individuals and now we wish to reintroduce ourselves as US, the partnership…

Sisterhood is truly a beautiful thing when consciously created and nurtured. Our skills and gifts truly compliment each others and we have both grown in the safe container of our friendship & working partnership.

We explore so many of life’s themes together and we navigate the sensitive waters with care, respect and honour for each others individual paths and our combined purpose.

We bring our combined gifts together for the co-creation of our retreats and we hold the space for our participants to enter into the co-creation of the same beautiful conscious relationships with each other.

Hi everyone!!

My name is Sophia, the other half of your retreat founding team ❤️

Although some of you may know me as Francis, which is my birth name. Sophia came into my life later on, and is the name I embody now.

My fascination for Ancient Egypt and a (what at the time felt as) mysterious connection to this lineage, has been there since I can remember. Yet even if I have been traveling the world over the past 10 years... I wasn't until 2022 that Egypt called me in LOUDLY and following that call completely changed my life. 

How? It brings me back in remembrance of parts of myself that were long waiting for me, over and over again...and opened up a whole new level of consciousness that I have not experienced before.

We see the same happening to everyone walking these sacred lands intentionally!

I love to bring as much embodiment as I can in my own life and help others to do the same too.
Why?
Because our bodies have their own, infinite wisdom. And through our bodies flows an incredible force, that is part of our essence, our innocence, our nature:

our Lifeforce energy, our Eros.

I help others through ta***ic healing bodywork, pelvic relase sessions, ceremony and embodiment work.

Helping you to remember that bodies wisdom and life force energy, open your consciousness through the realms of the body and feelings,
And to allow yourself to release anything that is standing in the way of embodying that fully, from your purest essence and your innocence.

Remembering over and over that all you seek is within you, that all you feel is welcome and valid, that your humanness is sacred and that you are here for the human journey , with all its colors and flavors.
That your journey through your body here on earth is your journey home.

May you remember and dance to your own truth, your song of life. From a deep place of joy, connection to yourself, your energy, to nature and to life around you.

Who am I…? I’m Louisa…. One half of your retreat founding team 😍… the other half will be sharing her re-introduction post later today ✨

Mother of two incredible boys and lover of the land of Egypt, it’s ancient mysteries and rich history, and it’s modern day culture and most importantly, the beautiful Egyptian people who inhabit the land today.🇪🇬

For the past 15 years I have supported and inspired others to find balance in mind, body & soul using simple effective practices such as meditation 🧘🏾‍♀️ , mindfulness, breathwork, bodywork, as well as through sharing of my own life’s journey to offer a guiding light for others to see what is possible.

I made a vow once, to meet myself, and life, as deeply as I can in each moment.

This vow has driven my own journey of awakening and is what informs how I support others on their own awakening journey.

I deeply honour the uniqueness of the path our souls take and create spaces for you to discovery for yourself who you are.

My role is to bear witness, to hold you and see you through the eyes of embodied divine love. So that you may remember who you are and find acceptance of all parts of yourself.

My life’s work has been the exploration of love in all its forms. From the universal love that permeates through all forms including the human forms of love and intimacy with self and others…. And spirals back out again in a motion that creates infinite expansion.

As I have landed into an expanded awareness of the spiralling nature of my own being, from the macrocosm to the microcosm, so it is that I am able to help you navigate your own being and tap into the awareness of your innate ability to alchemise your pain into pleasure & your perceived limitations into expansion…

To summarise…

Love in all its forms is my medicine … my role is simply to remind you that you are the love that you seek…. and to then sit back and feel the joy of witnessing you remember!

Oh and according to our past retreat participants, I am loved for my nerdy obsession for learning more and more about Ancient Egypt and my wisdom in combination with my sense of humour! 😃

Yes….. laughter is also my medicine 😁

Karnak Temple in Luxor is believed to represent creation itself, the Macrocosm. The divine primordial forces that come together to create matter.

Luxor Temple is said to represent the primordial within the human form, the microcosm of cosmic forces within the embodied for of the human. The divine human.

Karnak Temple was built outwards from the inner sanctum, over time with each successive pharaoh adding to the large complex.

The growth outwards follows the mathematical Fibonacci sequence which is attributed to the growth rate found within nature itself.

Karnak Temple complex therefore emulates natural form as a representation of the creation.

The temple is consecrated as a dedication to Amun, one of the 8 primordial deities. Amun and his consort Amunet, are representative of ‘that which is unseen’ and in context is the invisible force behind creation.

Amun is seen with his double plumed headdress all over Karnak Temple, and also in his ithyphallic form as Min Amun representative of the life force energy of creation.

Walking through this temple complex feels like walking through the manifest and the unmanifest world, the seen and the unseen parts of your being somehow become less defined…

ABYDOS TEMPLE - Temple of Seti I

Such a beautiful and impressive temple!
Built in honor of Osiris - God of the underworld and resurrection, it is also believed to be the burial place of Osiris.
What is lesser known is that this temple was built to be a healing temple and still is renowned for its healing qualities.

Also, behind the temple you will find the Osirion, which is located much lower beneath the ground and looks like to be built in a completely different (and mysterious) way (look at those gigantic blocks..)

Also the oldest (so it's said) depictions of the flower of life are found on a pillar in the Osirion (which is nowadays closed to the general public unfortunately). Those 2 flowers of life look like they've been lasered into the stone.

How did they do that thousands (or hundred thousands) of years ago?

So much mystery to be revealed in Egypt!

Dedicated to goddess Hathor.

I've visited this temple multiple times now, and every visit brings a different experience, a different activation, & a different remembrance of long forgotten parts of me that are ready to be reintegrated.

That is the power of temples... Every temple has it's own frequency and will touch each and everyone in different ways.
Depending on what is needed for you in that exact moment.

Temples are not just incredible structures.
There are prayer, codes and frequencies embedded in the walls that were once built with utter devotion, intent and preciseness. Nothing is left to coincidence, no image is without meaning.

There is much to perceive and receive when you look beyond physical eyes.

And this is how we walk through the temple's too. With intent, opened up to receive what is ready to be received...

Dendera is huge & is a healing temple, as Hathor is the goddess of healing, unconditional love, celebration, music, femininity, sexuality and maternal care.
She is consort of the Falcon god Horus, son of Isis and Osiris.

All over the temple there are symbols of healing practices, plantmedicine, motherhood, celebration, astrology, ta***ic practices, sacred sexuality and kundalini life force energy.
This was all part of their lives and considered as sacred and these practices were used for people who would come to the temple for healing.

It is here that I received memories and information around the work I am offering today, it is this temple that opened up the remembrance in me of the sacred temple practices of healing ta***ic bodywork and sexual healing.

It was my first visit to Egypt showing me that it was time, and initiating me on this life path, for which I feel deeply and humbly grateful.

Each temple will activate that which is ready to be activated for you. For those who have the eyes to see and the ears to hear, will see, feel and hear..

We are remembering, we are bringing back pieces of us ready to be reintegrated and brought back to life.

It is time, the time is now.
