Egyptian Joint stock company " in pursuance of the provisions of Law No.158 of 1981, as amended by Law No 1998. Registration number in Commercial Register office in Giza number (346) on 19.07.1999. The time limit for this company is to 25 years from the date of aquision of the company's legal personality. And select the company's licened capital by the amount of 6 000 000 Egyptian Pounds.
