تماثيل مايا وزوجته مريت- Statues of Maya and his wife Merit
صنعت التماثيل من الحجر الجيري ، وعُثر عليها في مقبرته بسقارة ، توجد الآن بمتحف لايدن بهولندا.
« مايا »
كان مايا من الشخصيات المهمة حيث عرف انه المشرف علي الخزائن فى عصر الملك توت عنخ آمون و حورمحب وصاحب مهام متعددة ويدل علي ذلك الألقاب التي حملها مايا وهي " حامل المروحة اليمني للملك ، وزير الخزانة ، رئيس عمال الجبانة ، قائد احتفالات امون بالكرنك " .
«مريت »
عُرفت ميريت بانها كانت كاهنة بمعبد آمون وربما تكون مغنية المعبد أثناء الترانيم.
The statues were made of limestone, and were found in his tomb in Saqqara, now in the Leiden Museum in the Netherlands.
" Maya "
Maya was one of the important personalities, as he was known to be the supervisor of the treasuries in the era of King Tutankhamun and Horemheb, and the owner of multiple tasks, and this is indicated by the titles Maya bore, which are "the right-hand fan of the king, the minister of treasury, the foreman of the cemetery, the leader of the celebrations of Amun at Karnak."
" Merit "
Merit is known to have been a priestess in the temple of Amun and may have been the temple's singer during the hymns.
