يتناول متلقي العلاج وجبة الإفطار بحد أقصى الساعة ١٠:٠٠ص، و يتناول كميات كافية من المياه حتى موعد جلسة الردم (بين الساعة ٠١:٠٠م و الساعة ٠٣:٠٠م حسب شدة الشمس).
نقوم بتقديم الإفطار المناسب و المياه و المشروبات العشبية،

▫️عملية الردم
يتم تجهيز حفرة أفقية و تشميسها و تقليب الرمل داخلها عدة أيام. ينام متلقي العلاج أفقياً و يتم تغطية كامل الجسم بالرمل عدا الوجه. يتميز الرمل بقدرته على اختزان الحرارة و امتصاص الرطوبة من الأسطح الملامسة له، تلاحظوا ذلك بعد دقائق من الردم حيث يتسبب العرق الغزير في تقليل حرارة الرمل قليلاً. تتراوح مدة الردم بين ١٠ دقائق و ربع ساعة حسب قدرة متلقي العلاج و رأي المعالج المتواجد دائماً أثناء الردم، يتم بعدها نقل متلقي العلاج إلي خيمة محكمة الغلق (ساونا صحراوي)

▫️الخيمة (الساونا الصحراوي)
في الخيمة المحكمة الغلق يستمر الجسم في التعرق، و يتم تقديم مشروبات عشبية طبيعية تقوم بتعويض الأملاح و العناصر الأساسية المفقودة مع العرق. تستمر هذه العملية أطول وقت ممكن بالنسبة لمتلقي العلاج مع متابعة من المعالج.

▫️راحة قصيرة
يرتاح متلقي العلاج لفترة قصيرة في المردم يتناول خلالها مشروبات ساخنة من الأعشاب الطبيعية لتعويض العناصر المفقودة في العرق detox
في اليوم الأخير لعملية الردم، يتم عمل مساچ سيوي بزيت الزيتون و الزيوت الطبيعية لتنظيف مسام الجسم و تكوين طبقة حماية مؤقتة عليها

🔻عدد أيام العلاج بالردم
أقل عدد أيام لتحقيق استفادة من عملية العلاج الحراري (الردم في الرمال الساخنة) هو ٣ أيام، و قد يصل إلى ٥ أيام في بعض حالات الروماتويد و ضعف المناعة

🔻الردم غير مناسب للحالات/الفئات التالية:
- مرضى القلب
- مرضى السكر
- مرضى ضغط الدم المرتفع
- مستخدمي منظم ضربات القلب
- حالات الدعامات
- الأطفال
- الحوامل
- من لديهم حساسية من الرمل
