قررت ادارة الجوازات و الهجرة عدم السماح للحدث ( دون سن الـ ١٨ عام) بالسفر خارج البلاد لأية وجهة بدون ولي الأمر .. وفي حالة سفره بمفرده يتعين عليه الحصول على تصريح من إدارة الإتصال بالإدارة العامة للجوازات والهجرة والجنسية .

بالنسبة للفرق الرياضية وفقاً للآلية المتبعة بإن الفرق الرياضية المستصدرة لقــرار من وزارة الشباب والرياضة ممهور بخاتم شعار الجمهورية ) يتم سفرها بدون تصريح إدارة الإتصال أما كافة الفرق الرياضية التي تستصدر خطاب من إتحاد اللعبة فيتعين عليها إستصدار تصريح إدارة الإتصال .
