المتأمل لقوانين الماعت ال 42 يجد أنها كتبت بصيغة "الاعترافات المنفية" , و ليس بصيغة الأمر و النهى . لأن الأمر و النهى يستخدم لفرض الأخلاق على الناس من الخارج و لذلك يكون دائما مصحوبا بالتهديد و الوعيد , و لغة الأمر و النهى المشمول بالتهديد و الوعيد ليست لغة كونية (الهية) , و لم يستخدمها قدماء المصريين لفرض الأخلاق على الناس فرضا , لأنها لغة تخاطب فى الانسان غريزة الخوف التى تسجنه فى الوجود الأدنى .
و أيضا لأن قوانين الماعت لم تكن قواعد أخلاقية , و انما كنت هى جوهر الفضيلة التى أودعها الاله داخل الانسان , و هى موجوده فيه منذ بداية الخلق و تنتقل من جيل الى جيل و كل ما يحتاجه الانسان هو استدعاء و استحضار الفضيلة من داخله , و هو ما يعرف بمصطلح "ايقاظ الضمير" .

قوانين ماعت الــ 42 :

المتأمل لقوانين الماعت ال 42 يجد أنها كتبت بصيغة "الاعترافات المنفية" , و ليس بصيغة الأمر و النهى . لأن الأمر و النهى يستخدم لفرض الأخلاق على الناس من الخارج و لذلك يكون دائما مصحوبا بالتهديد و الوعيد , و لغة الأمر و النهى المشمول بالتهديد و الوعيد ليست لغة كونية (الهية) , و لم يستخدمها قدماء المصريين لفرض الأخلاق على الناس فرضا , لأنها لغة تخاطب فى الانسان غريزة الخوف التى تسجنه فى الوجود الأدنى .
و أيضا لأن قوانين الماعت لم تكن قواعد أخلاقية , و انما كنت هى جوهر الفضيلة التى أودعها الاله داخل الانسان , و هى موجوده فيه منذ بداية الخلق و تنتقل من جيل الى جيل و كل ما يحتاجه الانسان هو استدعاء و استحضار الفضيلة من داخله , و هو ما يعرف بمصطلح "ايقاظ الضمير" .
لذلك نجد أن قوانين الماعت ال 42 كتبت على لسان أرواح الموتى الذين انتقلوا الى العالم الآخر , و هم يقفون فى قاعة الماعت (العدل) يوم الحساب . أى أن تلك القوانين لم تفرض على الانسان من الخارج ,
و انما هى نابعة من داخله .
لا يحتاج الانسان الى قواعد أخلاقيه تفرض عليه من الخارج , لأن بداخله الضمير ..... جوهر الفضيلة ..... و ما عليه سوى تفعيل الضمير .... و هذا ما فعله قدماء المصريين ... أمة فجر الضمير .
المبادئ ال 42 للنظام تمت كتابتها قبل كتابة الملك حامورابى لقوانينه الحاكمه على الرغم من معرفه الحكمه عنه. وكانت مبادئ الماعت هى الدليل للعيش فى المجتمع وكانت مطاعه من قبل الملك والشعب بلا استثناء
وكانت ماعت تمثل الحقيقة والعدالة والنظام والانسجام في الحياة الحالية وجميع الكون.
وقد مثلت كامرأة جالسة مرتدية ريشة على رأسها. ويمكن الاشاره او الرمز اليها بالريشه فقط..
وكانت مسئولية الملك المصري الاولى والاساسيه هى تحقيق الماعت (العدالة) والتمسك بنظام الكون وكثيرا ما كان يحمل لقب محبوب ماعت. كان لباس رأسها عباره عن ريشه واحده. وفى العالم السفلى كان قلب المتوفى يوزن فى ميزان مع ريشه الماعت من قبل اوزوريس للكشف عن وزن خطايا المتوفى..
المبادئ ال42 لماعت:
01) أنا لم أرتكب خطيئة
02) أنا لم أسلب الآخرين ممتلكاتهم بالاكراه
03) أنا لم أسرق
04) أنا لم أقتل
05) أنا لم أسرق الطعام
06) أنا لم اختلس القرابين
07) أنا لم أسرق ممتلكات المعبد
08) أنا لم أكذب
09) أنا لم أخطف الطعام
10) أنا لم ألعن (أشتم)
11) أنا لم أغلق أذناى عن سماع كلمات الحق
12) أنا لم أزنى
13) أنا لم أتسبب فى بكاء الآخرين (ايذاء مشاعر الآخرين)
14) أنا لم أنتحب (أحزن) بدون سبب
15) أنا لم أعتدى على أحد
16) أنا لم أغش (أخدع) أحد
17) أنا لم أغتصب أرض أحد
18) أنا لم أتنصت (أتجسس) على أحد
19) أنا لم ألفق تهمة لأحد
20) أنا لم أغضب بدون سبب
21) أنا لم أغوى زوجة أحد
22) أنا لم أدنس (ألوث) جسدى
23) أنا لم أقم بارهاب أحد
24) أنا لم أخالف القانون
25) أنا لم أتمادى فى الغضب
26) أنا لم ألعن (أشتم) النترو
27) أنا لم أستخدم العنف ضد أحد
28) أنا لم أهدد السلام
29) أنا لم أتصرف بغوغائية (بدون تفكير)
30) أنا لم أتدخل فيما لا يعنينى
31) أنا لم أتحدث بالمبالغة (النميمة)
32) أنا لم أفعل الشر
33) أنا لم يصدر منى أفكار/كلمات/أفعال شريرة
34) أنا لم ألوث ماء النيل
35) أنا لم أتحدث بغضب أو استعلاء
36) أنا لم ألعن أحد بكلمة أو فعل
37) أنا لم أضع نفسى موضع شبهات
38) أنا لم أسرق ما يخص النترو
39) أنا لم أنبش القبور و لم أسئ الى الموتى
40) أنا لم أخطف لقمة من فم طفل
41) أنا لم أتصرف بكبر و غطرسه
42) أنا لم أخرب المبانى الدينية (المعابد)
