Since 2005, we have put into place a grading system of our suppliers and the boats. As a matter of routine, after each departure the client receives a client satisfaction form. Gathering together the various responses we are able to then attribute an objective grade (between 0 and 20) for each of our Ship owners. We exclude and ship owners with a score of less than 8/20. Present in 4 markets (French, Italian, English, and Spanish) In 2006, Filovent opened its first website in Italian, in English, then in Spanish in September 2007.
