The Mateus offer you their 110 square meter flat, equipped with all the necessary appliances in a house. This property is a whole flat apartment on the first floor of a typical building in Barcelona’s “Eixample”, built in the thirties of the last century. It is a classic architecture, composed of high ceilings, decorative moldings and ceramic floors of that time: the famous “hydraulic tile”; the tile that represents the culmination of centuries of craftsmanship in the work of ceramics in Catalonia.
