Casa Tramontana is an established and well cared for family home, built in traditional Catalan style, situated on a hillside in a rustic location overlooking the extensive Gavarres hills. The villa is split-level and ideally suited for two families sharing, sleeping 4 on each level; it has a private heated pool (c.8 x 4m) a seclud

ed garden and large terrace area. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms (a double and a twin), a bathroom, lounge/dining area, and kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer) the lounge/dining area opens out onto a part-covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool, with glorious hill views. The house offers TV in a number of languages and includes a fast wi-fi connection for internet. Downstairs there are two further bedrooms (twin and double), space to add a cot in the twin room if required, with a shower room and a pool-accessible utility room with drinks facilities, bottle-fridge, a dishwasher & washing machine. Leading from here is the pool and games area which includes a table tennis table, darts and an outdoor gas BBQ surrounded by a large seating area with attractive gardens. A pool changing/shower room/toilet is located near to the heated swimming pool as well as an outdoor pool shower. The house has secure off road parking, a shaded car port and is enclosed all around by fences and hedges with lockable gates making it secure for containing young children!

The much-anticipated road improvement and essential services works in our urbanisation are well underway! It was a long time coming and started 18 months ago, but we're all excited to see the end result.

According to the latest updates, the completion date has been promised for Summer 2024. Of course, this is Spain, so we can't be too sure if it will be "mañana" or not, but we're keeping our fingers crossed for a timely finish!

In the meantime, I'm happy to report that all the roads are currently open. Although they're a bit bumpy, they're definitely driveable. If you're heading to Casa Tramontana, there are a few different routes you can take, and all of them are accessible.

Overall, it's great to see progress being made in our community, and we're looking forward to enjoying smoother and safer roads in the near future. Let's hope the works are completed on schedule, and we can all enjoy a more comfortable ride soon!

Happy news! Over winter our balcony and games area have undergone a makeover and we're loving it! 🎉 We've added new furniture and lighting, and carefully selected beautiful tiles that make the space even more special.

Jump in! Our gorgeous heated swimming pool is now better than ever with a fresh refurbishment! Just returned home from a fabulous holiday at Casa Tramontana with our favourite people. Weather was fab but like at home we need rain. Seriously considering bedroom air con. It was great to see Harry and Lucy's confidence grow in the pool day by day. After 40 years the villa is still a great place to holiday and fast becoming a firm favourite with our family's third generation.
I can't wait for the road rebuilding to be completed!!

I’ve just returned home from 4 days at Casa Tramontana where I was busy putting away garden furniture, cutting a hedge and locking the house up for winter. Weather was beautiful, bit windy at times. Can’t wait to ho back and start some of those projects going round in my head. Hasta la vista!!
