This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom luxury family apartment has its own private garden with sun loungers, BBQ and outdoor furniture. Upon entering the property from the private garden, there are 2 large patio sliding doors, leading into the living room area; spacious with plasma screen and satellite TV. This leads onto an open plan fully equipped kitchen. Off the kitchen is the hallway leading down to 2 goo

d size bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes. Each bedroom has 2 large patio doors which leads directly onto the private garden. They also have security blackout blinds to block out the sun when sleeping and both have have access to their own bathrooms. The development has 24 hour security and is close to all attractions and only a short drive to the beach and the capital city of Murcia. The property has satellite TV and fast broadband.

Awesome night in Murcia city. The capital. It's just stunning and only 15 mins away by car from my apartment. Awesome shopping and restaurants and loads to do. Including a massive water park, stadium and bull fighting ring if you are feeling really Spanish.

Epic day chilling and watching the kite surfers at play. So many watersports to chose from it's a fun adult and kids playground to keep amused. Next stop the pool back at the pad.

You got to love the city of Murcia. So much to do and see. Awesome architecture, golf, go karting, water parks, excellent shopping, all the water sports you can think off and more importantly fantastic food and loads of sun. Even 26 degrees in spring! Love it.
