As the temperatures rise, we have noticed first swimming suits on the beach. The cosy apartment we offer (for up to 4 persons) is literally few steps from the sea and a long sandy beach. The apartment has got all you need, including a fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine), dining area both inside and outside, and 2 bedrooms. A comfortable family house for up to 6 persons, where pets are welcome, too! The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a living room and fully equipped kitchen. You can dine both inside and outside. There is a small yard/garden with a barbecue, and a sunny terrace. A shared pool is available all year long.

The house sits in a quiet residential area of El Verger, some 10 km from Denia.
The beach, which is just few minutes walk from the house, has been recently upgraded - widened with dozens square meters of new sand. Nearby, there are several cosy restaurants.

Enjoy very early spring in Spain. Blossoming almond trees and ripening oranges and lemons. All in one in a beautiful valley next to Alcalali, just 25 min ride from Denia. Great place for our Sunday walk.

Winter is over (though it was very mild here) and nice temperatures are coming back to Dénia. 🌞 As lemons are maturing, the entire region is getting ready for visitors, both newcomers and experienced Spain enthusiasts.
