Trekking to Everest Base Camp is for many a lifetime experience and is not a very difficult task although the camp is located on the altitude of 5364metres over the sea level. The way leads through the most spectacular Himalayan terrains. trekking past traditional Sherpa villages and hidden among mountains monasteries called “Gompas”

Had the best view point after climbing uphill from thukla for about half an hour ☺️🗻
Saw the most mesmerizing mountains like Amadablam,Lotse etc from this point that made us feel Heaven is myth ,Nepal is real 🙏
Today marks 7 years since Nepal’s devastating earthquake, and the loss of almost 9,000 people. And the beautiful village you see is Langtang before the earthquake. The village has completely been buried under the ice rocks🙏🏻

The Annapurna Circuit is a trek within the mountain ranges of central Nepal. The total length of the route varies between 160–230 km (100-145 mi), depending on where motor transportation is used and where the trek is ended. This trek crosses two different river valleys and encircles the Annapurna Massif. The path reaches its highest point at Thorung La pass (5416m/17769 ft), reaching the edge of the Tibetan plateau. Most trekkers hike the route anticlockwise, as this way the daily altitude gain is slower, and crossing the high Thorong La pass is easier and safer.

Grazie alle insegnanti della scuola elementare Manzoni a Bolzano, nell'ambito di attività di intercultura, abbiamo incontrato circa 350 ragazzi. Con immagini e video abbiamo raccontato il progetto "Prendersi cura" a favore degli anziani e la vita dei pastori si yak.

Each season has its own pros and cons. If you want to see rare flora and fauna, then Monsoon season is the best time for you. Likewise, if you are a winter lover then you will witness snow-capped peaks on trails during the winter season.🇳🇵
Tserko Ri pronounced as "Cher Gori" is a hill with an altitude of 4984m. You can see the panoramic view of Langtang range from there. It is about 4 to 5 hours hike from Kyanjin Gompa which is the last habitable village in Langtang valley.
From Tsergo Ri you can closely see Yala peak 5,520 m, Langtang Ri 7,205 m. Langtang Lirung 7,227 m, Naya Khang 5,844m. Langshisha Ri Peak (6 427 m) 🗻

ENG: Sunpati flowers are an extremely rare incense ingredient harvested from the Sunpati tree, which only grows in the Himalayan mountain ranges of Nepal and Tibet. When burnt, Sunpati flowers produce a delicate sweet scent that is like no other. Incense is often used to purify what has been offered on the altar. Buddhists also offer incense to create the causes to have morality, ethics and hold one's vows well. It can also be used as a medicinal herb for appetite and digestion. And of course for a delicious tea. Los pastores aprovechan estos meses de verano para recoger los pastos, secarlos y almacenar este alimento para el invierno. También se dedican a vender la leche a las gentes del Himalaya y a una factoría de alta montaña donde producen deliciosos quesos artesanales de yak desde hace muchos años. Es una vida difícil, pero ellos la adoran y se ganan la vida con ello, y como son gente muy acogedora les encantaría compartir con vosotros su día a día.
