Hi everyone! We just got a cancelation 10-25 october in villa Laura, in the center of Caleta. This are the only dates available 2021-2022

The Villa Has 500m2 garden, 100% private, always sunny and with very little wind as is south facing. Has sea views and 18m2 heated pool with salty water.

All around the pool there is artificial grass with 6 sunbeds. We have a play area for kids with toys, inflatables and a little house and kids furniture.
The villa has 3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms ( one en suite), and a separate kitchen.

For your comfort we have 2 wall safety boxes, air condition and ceiling fans, mosquito nets, uk TV, smart TV, free wifi, games, etc..

The price is 875€ per week ( 790 british pounds)
Our villa is legally rented with VV licence VV-35/2/0003311 and insurance.

Happy to announce that we got our Vv licence, we like everything to be perfect so our rental is 100% legal and we have a legal complaining book for our guests to be covered. Have in mind that the law requires us to take a photo of your passport or ID when you check in. ❤️

When we refurbished and decorated Villa Laura we only had one goal: to elevate all your expectation and surprise you with so many details and perfection. Starting with the best location, our villa is right in the center of Caleta de Fuste, 5 minutes walk to the beach, bars and restaurants, but in the same time this corner property is situated in a very quiet area with only few neighbours.
It has a beautiful, 500m2 garden, 100% private, always sunny and with very little wind as is south facing. Here you can enjoy the amazing sea views, swim in the 18m2 heated pool with salty water (no risk of clorine allergies) and have a drink in the chill out area with the water fall sound from the fountain as a background.

All around the pool there is plants, artificial grass with 6 sunbeds and a flower arch for a romantic touch ❤️. If you want a little bit of shade, there is an eating covered area with mountain and pool view.
On the side there is a kids play area with toys, a little house and kids furniture. Also you can enjoy our giant inflatable unicorn and a few more inflatables as well.

The inside of the villa is very spacious, 124 m2 : a huge lounge with a dinning area with sea views, 3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms ( one en suite), and a separate kitchen.
Also you can enjoy the most amazing sea views from the roof terrace.

We renovated the villa with style, love and positive energy in June 2019, nobody lived in it before, so everything is new and very well maintained.

For your comfort we have 2 wall safety boxes, air condition and ceiling fans, mosquito nets, uk TV with a lot of channels, smart TV with apps, free wifi, games, toys, etc..

We provide sheets, bathroom towels, beach towels, coffee machine with coffee and sugar, washing powder, shower gel and shampoo, toilet paper, hair dryer, iron and iron board, sandwich maker, toaster, kettle, etc.
If you travel with your little ones, this is ideal for you as is baby friendly. We offer a baby cot, highchair, electricity plug covers, our lounge door has triple lock so is easy to keep kids inside and the cupboard with the cleaning products has a pad lock for safety.

We live 5 minutes away from the villa so we are always available and smiley 😊.
We love our villa , we focused on every detail and we put a lot of effort to make sure everything is just perfect so you can have your dream holiday.

Villa Laura is special because is right in the center of Caleta de Fuste close to the restaurants, supermarkets, etc... and 7 minutes walking to the beach.
Is an independent villa, has 500m2 garden, great sea views from the garden, kitchen, lounge window and roof terrace.
The property has a private 18m2 heated pool with salty water, a chill out area with a fountain and a play area for kids. Inside it has a huge lounge, independent kitchen, 3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and 2 bathrooms, one en suite .We offer you a big Smart TV with UK channels , air condition, wifi, washing machine, accessories for babies, toys and pool inflatables, everything necessary in the bathrooms and kitchen, beach and bathroom towels, safety box in 2 of the bedrooms, 2 inflatable beds if needed ( one single, one double) and a baby cot and highchair if necessary. Our garden has 100% privacy.
We live 5 minutes away from the vila so we are always available. We focus and work on every single detail, that's why we made it safe for kids with double security locks on doors and windows, a padlock on the drawer where we keep cleaning products, electricity plug covers, etc..
We love our villa and we put a lot of effort to make sure everything is just perfect.
Also we try to keep our prices always low because we want our clients to come back every year.
