Today we are saying goodbye to our wonderful guest yoga teacher Lorna Evans She is a great source of knowledge, passion and discipline as well as a wonderful cook. We will miss you!!
At the same time we are looking forwards to welcoming Eisha, a new guest teacher who will be with us for the next week.

We have come to the end of a transformational yogic journey that has taken us from the staggering crowds, colours and sounds of the Kumbh Mela to Varanasi’s haunting burning pyres, from
secluded meditation caves and sacred temples to the emerald peaks of the Himalayas and the birthplace of yoga.
We have encountered many remarkable men and women, gurus and teachers, from Mooji to Vandana Shiva, from our fellow travel companions to our own wonderful Yoga teacher Swami Shiva.
But the real journey has been the inner one towards yoga and what it stands for - union with the self.
Thank you mother India for your hospitality, wisdom, humanity, humour and for always providing for us in just the right way.
