Ibiza Summer 2022 is waiting for you
CAPADI is looking for REBELlious people from all over the world to join them for the best summer of their lives. Being part of the CAPADI ‘University of Life’ is not about attaining an academic degree; but discovering yourself and expressing your individuality while, working within a motivating environment of like-minded people. The friends you make in Ibiza become your brothers and sisters, they become family. They come from all over the world, enabling you to learn about each other’s culture, language barriers helping you to learn new ways of communicating, the job itself helps you making new friends, it makes you see the world in a completely new way. You can study at a university for five years, but in one summer in Ibiza, the life skills you learn are something that you will hold onto for the rest of your life.
The role of a promoter is to market and sell party packages created for tourists, working with the big clubs on the island as well as promoting and selling CAPADI’s own events. Applications have opened for places on the German, Italian, Spanish and English speaking team.

Once you have arrived and settled after your first few nights on the island you will be given a complete training course in all aspects of selling and ex*****on of a sale which takes two days. HOW MUCH MONEY WILL I MAKE?
You will never earn less than 10 euro per ticket sold. Dependent on the event you will earn between 20 to 30% of the ticket sale price. Less talented workers have no problem selling between 35 to 50 tickets a week. More talented sellers can earn this in one day.
WHAT HOURS WILL I WORK?
You will work 6 days a week for about 6 to 8 hours a day starting around lunch time, depending on your team.
WHAT IS THE ACCOMODATION LIKE?
On your arrival a CAPADI team member will meet you at our partner Bar : TA**RA and bring you to one of our CAPADI team accommodations.
