+ The garden and the pool are fantastic. Air conditioning in all bedrooms.
The room on the 1st floor should be mentioned. Private bathroom and veranda, comfortably furnished!
You should know it's two apartments. We both booked, perfect!

We have now decided to rent our full Villa.
The Villa has room to sleep 11 adults comfortably. it boasts a large kitchen, dining, entertainment area with options to dine outdoors also. There is ample parking space for 3 plus vehicles.
There is a large private sun deck for sun bathing and private pool with shallow end. The master bedroom has an onsuit bathroom with free standing bath and beautiful views of the port, Montgo and Mediterranean sea. From the master bedroom you have access to your own large private balcony. There are two other bathrooms one both with walk in showers.
The Villa is walking distance of the local town, Javea.
The town is family friendly and has a beautiful selection of bars, restaurants and entertainment.
Javea has many beautiful beaches both sandy and stone.
Javea is situated 1 hours drive from either Valencia or Alicante airport.
There is also a high chair and cot available.

The Villa will be available to rent from July 2022.
There will be a damage deposit of €1500 payable on arrival.
Pets can be considered upon request at an additional charge.
