On a clear day you can quite easily see Gibraltar and Tangiers and if you can bring yourself to leave this lovely oasis you could take a trip out and see one of these places. Totally relaxing space with outstanding views. Great walks along the beach or hiking in the Andalusian national park - take plenty of water if hiking it can get really warm!

You can walk out of the apartment through Mar Azul gardens on to the promenade and walk all the way along the sea front into Estepona. Along the way you will pass a couple of beach bars and a beach club. When you arrive in Estepona you will find plenty of restaurants and bars, beautiful little avenues all decorated with flowers and potted plants. This walk is lovely as the sun is going down and the lights of the promenade come on and so very relaxing. Estepona has a beautiful harbour with some spectacular yachts and if your so inclined higher one with a skipper for the day or even a few hours, it’s a fantastic experience and you may even see some dolphins. This is a truly a great space to relax and unwind with the added bonus of having restaurants and bars close enough to enjoy yet far enough away to not disturbing your tranquillity.

This beautiful and spacious apartment in the El Presidente residence, just outside Guadalmina, is located just 5 minutes by car from Puerto Banús and 5 minutes on foot from the beach.

El Presidente is a luxury residence, offering 24/7 security, 5 swimming pools (all with deckchairs), including one heated to 28°/30° during the winter months, 4 tennis courts and 2 padel courts, a basketball court, a playground for children and a small football pitch, as well as manicured tropical gardens.

The ​​100 m2 apartment and has recently been renovated. It includes a spacious living room with large L-Shaped sofa facing a smart-tv with hundreds of channels, a 6-seat dining table - a kitchen with new appliances, new and quality crockery. 2 freshly decorated bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the other with 2 beds. All the beds are of very high quality so that you can have an excellent night's sleep. In each bedroom the beds are 2 meters in length, and each room includes a smart-tv. The 2 bathrooms each provide a bath/shower.

The apartment’s terrace has a view directly over one of the swimming pools and is south facing. Guests will get to enjoy the sun from morning to evening (awnings can be extended to block the sun if needed). A Weber coal BBQ is also at guest’s disposal.
