RENTALS
We offer a free listing service for owners with no obligation to rent through us until we find the renter, agree with the owner the price and receive signed contracts back from both parties as well as payment in full.
Do we charge a commission on RENTALS?
Yes we charge a commission that works out at €125 plus IVA per party (owner/renter) on successful rentals only, if we don't find a renter we don't charge anything and we pay out for all the advertising outside of the free posts on facebook.
OWNERS
So if you want a reliable professional company that spend money on advertising outside of this Group as well, offering you a free rental listing service and piece of mind with professional contracts and piece of mind that you will get paid it's not the end of the world paying a little bit of commission rather than struggling to do it yourself. We are there to help, advise and hopefully find you a fair price on the market.
RENTERS
We check everything is valid, maintenance fees are paid and the booking confirmations are real before we pay out the owner. 99% of the time we can agree to a rental price the same as dealing with the owner directly, everything is open to an offer so try us with any dates you need.
