Located in Oliva (Valencia) very close to a beautiful beach with fine sand.

Maximum capacity, 8 people.

3 bedrooms, living room-dining room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, front yard and 400m² back yard with 6m x 3m detachable swimming pool, playground and BBQ.

We can pick you up at Alicante or Valencia airport and advise you about the most interesting places you can visit during your stay.

Rent depends on the season.

March 450€ per week
April 500€ week
May and June 700€ per week.
July 850€ per week.
August 1000€ per week.
September 600€ per week.
October 550€ per week.

This may vary during some peak seasons like Eastern.

Healing mineral water, whose temperature remains 24°C all year long, flows out of the mountain just 5 km away from the house. This water forms a pond where you can bath and swim, before flowing down the mountain. People come here from all over the world just to bath or take some water with them, because it is believed that this water heals skin deseases. Earlier this mineral water was in the private territory but it was given away by its owners and now it is accessible to everyone without any charge.
