Villa Vela
Design studies for Villa Vela with panoramic views from the Tramuntana mountains to the Bay of Palma.
The shape of the house follows the contours of the terrain and devides the house into a wing for the spacious double height living room and another wing for the bedrooms of the house.

Cliffhouse Interiors
The perfect bachelor pad, the interior spaces flow freely around the central utility island which comprises the kitchen, bathrooms, staircase and various cupboards, shelves and storage.
Apart from the 'island' and exterior facades there are no walls in this house.

Cliffhouse
Elevated on a cliffside on the Mediterranean Sea the ‘Cliff House’ is defined by it’s spacious open plan living with panoramic views over the sea and surrounding hills and mountains.
The rooms are separated by the central timber clad island, which incorporates all service functions of the house like the staircase, the bathrooms and the kitchen.
An elevated walkway connects the street to the entrance and balcony area while car parking is set in the shade below the house.

Early design sketch of the Aire 17 Villa, also called 'Parallels' adopting the shape of its irregular, angular site boundary. To maximise the views over Palma and the Sea, we inverted the traditional house layout in favour of a penthouse living area with infinity pool at the top floor and the bedrooms at the groundloor, garden level.

The Aire 17 Villa, also called 'Parallels' adopts the shape of its irregular, angular site boundary leading to its unusual and unique house geometry. The Master Bathroom is filled with natural daylight. A small amount of direct sunlight also trickles through the exterior roof shading and gives futher vibrancy to the spaces. Devided by movable screens the bedroom and bathroom feel connected yet separate at the same time.
