'Maximising the potential of each unique site'. Using the unusual triangular site geometry and its curved corner for this light flooded stair and lobby space of Villa Espacio.
The glased facade is shaded by climbing vegetation, which also gives privacy in the direction of the neighbouring houses.

Design studies for Villa Vela with panoramic views from the Tramuntana mountains to the Bay of Palma.
The shape of the house follows the contours of the terrain and devides the house into a wing for the spacious double height living room and another wing for the bedrooms of the house.

The perfect bachelor pad, the interior spaces flow freely around the central utility island which comprises the kitchen, bathrooms, staircase and various cupboards, shelves and storage.
Apart from the 'island' and exterior facades there are no walls in this house.

Cliffhouse
Elevated on a cliffside on the Mediterranean Sea the ‘Cliff House’ is defined by it’s spacious open plan living with panoramic views over the sea and surrounding hills and mountains.
The rooms are separated by the central timber clad island, which incorporates all service functions of the house like the staircase, the bathrooms and the kitchen.
An elevated walkway connects the street to the entrance and balcony area while car parking is set in the shade below the house.
