I will be your host in Menorca when you stay in this luxury villa owned by a Dutch family. It is air-conditioned for the summer and unusually also has efficient central heating with a pellet burner to make it also very appealing for those who wish t
o rent out of the normal summer season. The villa has 5 bedrooms, all with air-conditioning; 2 king size beds (1,80 x 2,00) and 3 rooms with twin beds (90 X 2,00), 2 en-suite bathrooms, 1 family bathroom and 1 private bathroom. These are simple, modern and fitted with superb rainfall showers. Solar panels and up-to-date technology allow for plenty of hot water to give you an invigorating shower after a day in the sun. You enter the villa through an impressive stone arched entrance that leads directly into a large open-plan living area with three large sliding glass panelled doors opening out onto the outdoor living space. The kitchen is contemporary, well laid out and generously equipped. This part of the house also opens out directly into the outdoor dining and cooking area with a large dining table and seating area. This is a fantastic area for family eating and the space also has a full length remote control blinds to completely shade the area as required. It is equipped with a gas BBQ, food prep area and sink. The villa is all on one level and is a very sympathetic space that guests with less mobility would find a pleasure to stay in. Located at the back of the villa is a well-equipped utility area with wash-down sink, washing machine and drying area. Steps lead out from here up onto a wonderful large roof terrace where you can enjoy a drink looking out over the panoramic sea views. Finally, it is hard to describe the magnificent saline swimming pool that lies in the centre of the space. It is a pure pleasure to swim in, with no chlorine to irritate your skin and eyes. Unique in its lay out and size you will not easily find another pool like this in Menorca. I will try to make your stay in this villa between Binibeca Playa and Binibeca Vell the best experience of your lives, providing you all the information you could wish for. The best beaches, best restaurants (including vegetarian or gluten free), shopping, walking routes and secret places that are not found in the travel guides. It’s suitable for year round rental, why not book an out-of-season break! Menorca is fantastic during the off season periods! The villa is located between Binibeca Beach and Binibeca Vell (the white village with the tiny streets). Binibeca is an exclusive residential area on the south coast of the island, close to the airport and just 10km from Mahon. The closest beach is Binibeca beach which is only 500meters. The area is truly unique, there aren’t any hotels. The area has become one of the most exclusive spots on the island. A car is recommended, but not necessary. There is a bus in the village that goes to Mahon and St Lluis and a little train that goes to Punta Prima. There are also supermarkets that provide a delivery service and there are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. I will try to welcome you at the airport and bring you to the villa.
