We return after a complete renovation during the last months to offer a touristic property to rent with authentic Ibizan character.
A finca of more than 200 years, reformed and decorated with pieces from India, Tibet, Nepal or Morocco.
The finca has a main house with 4 bedrooms, the biggest one with a 70sqm private terrace with orange and lemon trees, many green plants and a outdoor shower.
Kitchen with chimney and small and cosy living room where the 4 bedrooms has the access. 3 of them has access to the gardens also. Next to the main house are more bedrooms with a total privacy and their own terraces.
Separetly from the main house, its the main outdoor living room and open kitchen. Constructed in 3 of the 4 walls in glass that can be fully opened air. Faced to the valley gives amazing views and vibes. Sunrise and moonrise is a unique moment to watch from the 4 meters sofa in U form. 3 meters wood table and a fully equipped kitchen with 7 fires and 3 ovens make a total experience cook in there. On the way to the pool area its a rustic covered dining table of 3.5 meters with views to the pool and the valley, separately just 20 meters from the organic fields of the house, with ecologic system and season vegetables and fruits.
On the pool area are some different chill-out areas for relax.
A 50sqm open air and covered living room with sofas , floor cousins and coffee table ( what we can transform into a yoga area or outdoor gym for retreats), 6 sun beds with umbrellas and a separate 2x3 meters build bed as a solarium. Covered area with his own fridge and a bar with stools for refresh, and a rustic bathroom builded with the original stone wall integrated with the landscape.
Fields of grass with fruit trees as oranges, lemons, clementins, apricots and some other local products are around the pool and the property in general.
The tasteful, romantic Provencal and rustic style furnishing with all high-tech installations such as Wi-Fi, Apple TV, SONOS* Hi-Fi, heating and air condition in all rooms leaves no other desire for a peaceful and relaxing holiday all year round in luxury and total comfort in the countryside, but only 3 minutes away from Santa Gertrudis village and 15 minutes to Ibiza town.
The secluded estate offers the opportunity for some soul-searching, walks around the finca, the sense of freedom and of well-being in nature the ideal environment for a recovery from our more and more stressful life.
