What does this change involve?
Ticket sales will be exclusively online and organized into daily time slots that customers must select for their visit. Without this prior step, access to the visit will not be permitted. Starting Thursday, July 25, tickets for visits from July 29 onward can be purchased. It is important to note that the visit is guided in both Spanish and English. This system will allow us to offer a more organized experience and ensure a more pleasant visit for all our visitors.
Benefits of the new system
Visitors will be able to plan their visit in advance, securing their entry at the most convenient time. By assigning time slots, queues are minimized, and visitors’ time is optimized.
Steps to follow:

As some of you may know, Villa Canaima is a family run business here in Lanzarote. Our parents emigrated from the Canary Islands to Venezuela. Since one of our grandmothers did not want to travel abroad and leave Lanzarote, we often came back to Mácher, a Lanzarote village, to visit her during the summer time; this is what kept us in love with the island. In 1990 our father, Manuel, built Villa Canaima, four years later, Lissett and Fátima, his daughters, decided to move to the island and we started to manage the complex. Over the years a valuable team has joined us, Agueda, Rosa, Julio. We all are the backbone of Villa Canaima.
