FRONT LINE TO THE BEACH.Beautiful refurbished 1 bedroom apartment ,fabulous location,situated in an exclusive complex with beautifully maintained tropical gardens. The apartment sleeps 2 in the the twin bedroom and has a double pullout sofa bed in the lounge for additional guests.The beach ,bars,restraurants and supermarket are a 2 minute walk away. Taxi rank and bus stops are located next to the

San Antonio which is a 5 minute walk. The apartment has a tourist licence which means guests from the Spanish Government free Covid insurance. The apartment is managed by a local agent who will look after your needs through out your stay and offers 24 hour guest support.Check in from 2 pm and checkout is 10 am.Luggage room available. Prices for 2 sharing with a 7 night minimum.1 extra guest charged at £50.00 for a 7 night stay.Apartment sleeps 4 . Prices from £55.00 per night . Bookings can be made by phone or email,a 20 % non refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings and secure dates.You are then required to pay the remaining balance 8 weeks prior to departure .You will find an upto date calendar in timeline photos where you can check availability .

My beautiful girl has just finished her probation year. Tough going but she absolutely smashed it. Every day getting up at the crack of dawn, motivated for the day ahead. The complex is set in beautifully maintained tropical gardens, with 2 heated swimming pools. The apartment has a lovely sunny balcony with sea views and direct access to the pool.The fully fitted kitchen includes, oven, hob ,fridge and microwave. The apartment sleeps 2 in the the twin bedroom and has a double pullout sofa bed in the lounge for additional guests. The stunning Los Pocillos beach is directly opposite and the bars, restraurants and supermarket are a 2 minute walk away. Taxi rank and bus stops are located next to the San Antonio which is a 5 minute walk. The apartment is managed by a local agent who will look after your needs through out your stay and offers 24 hour guest support. Check in from 2 pm and checkout is 10 am. Luggage room is available. Prices for 2 sharing with a 7 night minimum. 1 extra guest charged at £50.00 for a 7 night stay. Apartment sleeps 4. The prices include wifi, air-conditioning, satellite tv and Netlix . Low season £385.00 Mid season £405.00 July - August High season £420.00 Christmas and New Year Bookings can be made by phone or email, a 20 % non refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings and secure dates.
