Its the Luxury Villa at Punta Prima Villa By The Water Torrevieja, features accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. 🌴

This recently renovated villa is located 400 metres from Cala Piteras Beach and less than 1 km from Cala Ferris Beach. 🏖

The bright and spacious air-conditioned villa sleeps a maximum of 10 and consists of 3 bedrooms located in the left wing of the villa. 2 bedrooms ,(Master with ensuite) in the main house with an additional bathroom (3 total) The 3rd bedroom located in the adjoining garden suite which offers a private self contained accommodation.

The hub of the home in any home is the kitchen. Fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine and all the "home from home" modern amenities in the open plan kitchen/dinning room. This leads onto the patio, garden and pool area externally ideal for soaking up the Spanish sunshine. Back inside off the kitchen to the right you'll find the library and living room.
