'The tour was truly remarkable and a highlight of our visit to Sevilla. Our guide was Miranda -- she was smart, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. She took us to small, family-owned eateries, places we would have never known about or known how to order. She guided us through the specialties of each tapas bar, their histories, their place in the culture of Sevilla. Miranda also shared stories of the great religious and cultural festivals that take place in the city annually. It was a fascinating day we will long remember.'
