Taking a pause from the holiday hustle! Yesterday’s event at .retreat was the perfect way to recharge amidst the Christmas celebrations, great food, glowing skin tips, and peaceful vibes. A much-needed reset during the festive season!

We had a fantastic plant-based cooking demo where the ladies were eager to learn healthy eating tips and ways to nourish both body and soul. It was a fun, hands-on workshop full of learning and delicious bites, leaving everyone inspired and refreshed!

Lunchtime at our SÖNRAI event last week at viluz luxury retreat was truly a highlight! 🌿 We enjoyed a delicious plant-based feast prepared by Chef Walter, who has been trained by the talented Chef Jamie Raftery. 🧑‍🍳

Chef Jamie, an Irish culinary expert with Michelin-starred experience, brings together gourmet techniques and a passion for wellness-focused cuisine. His approach emphasizes sustainable, plant-based ingredients, making every bite a mindful and nourishing experience. We’re so lucky to have had his expertise influence this incredible meal!

To end on a sweet note, we celebrated SÖNRAI’s anniversary with a super delicious vegan, gluten-free cake by lovely Zane, a perfect way to wrap up a day of self-care and connection. 🎂✨🌿🍴

One of the most powerful moments of our event was Anna’s soul-stirring singing session. Her voice brought an incredible energy to the group, both grounding and uplifting. It was as if her music invited us to pause, breathe, and be fully present, creating a space where everyone felt connected and relaxed. 🧘🏽

After enjoying a calming yoga session, an insightful nutrition workshop , a healthy tea break, and a serene walk through the beautiful garden of Viluz, we gathered in one of the coziest spaces, complete with soft rugs, to begin our practice with Anna. Her session filled the space with a warm, calming energy, leaving everyone feeling lighter, more centered, and truly inspired.

I’ve been fortunate to experience Anna’s workshops a few times, and each one leaves a lasting impact. You don’t need to be spiritual or even into singing, just come with an open mind and the willingness to let go. The results can be transformative, with each session bringing a unique sense of calm, clarity, or inspiration. It’s such a joy to have this space to explore, connect, and unwind together.

Following up on last week’s amazing event at Viluz, our second workshop with Julia, the nutritionist, was another highlight of the day.

This time, we dove into the topic of reducing stress through mindful nutrition. Julia shared invaluable insights into how the food we eat can influence our stress levels and offered simple yet effective strategies to help us feel more grounded and balanced.

It was such a rewarding experience, and the tranquil setting of Viluz made it even more impactful. A huge thank you to Julia for her wisdom and to everyone who attended. I’m so grateful to everyone who joined and look forward to more wellness moments with our community!
