Ten days ago, we hosted our first SHE-E-0 event at .bistrot in , a much-needed space for personal growth and connection. While these events will continue, I hadn’t yet shared the calming and powerful moments from psychologist Miguel Ángel Cueto’s hypnotic session.

With my focus on last night’s dinner event, our first Secret Soirée of the year, had to hold off, but I’m excited to finally share those special moments with you.

A huge thank you to and Miguel Ángel, whose workshop created a truly engaging space where every woman felt encouraged to share her thoughts, ideas, and experiences. Seeing so many open, meaningful conversations take place was exactly what I had hoped for with this event. 💚🙏🏼

🌟 WHILST we’re hard at work finalizing next week’s SHE-E-O event , diving deep into “Inner Power” with the incredible and Miguel Ángel Cueto (featuring a special hypnosis session) ,AND planning our “Secret Garden Soirée” on 08.02 🎭, it feels like the perfect time to reflect on our last Self-Care Experience. 💆‍♀️✨

At the serene .retreat , we indulged in a nourishing skincare workshop with and a mouthwatering plant-based cooking session led by the talented Chef Jamie Raftery , who traveled all the way from Ireland to join us. 🌿👩‍🍳

These moments of learning, connection, and self-care stay with us, reminding us of the beauty of pausing amidst life’s chaos to nourish both body and soul. 🧘‍♀️💚

Taking a pause from the holiday hustle! Yesterday’s event at .retreat was the perfect way to recharge amidst the Christmas celebrations, great food, glowing skin tips, and peaceful vibes. A much-needed reset during the festive season!

We had a fantastic plant-based cooking demo where the ladies were eager to learn healthy eating tips and ways to nourish both body and soul. It was a fun, hands-on workshop full of learning and delicious bites, leaving everyone inspired and refreshed!

Lunchtime at our SÖNRAI event last week at viluz luxury retreat was truly a highlight! 🌿 We enjoyed a delicious plant-based feast prepared by Chef Walter, who has been trained by the talented Chef Jamie Raftery. 🧑‍🍳

Chef Jamie, an Irish culinary expert with Michelin-starred experience, brings together gourmet techniques and a passion for wellness-focused cuisine. His approach emphasizes sustainable, plant-based ingredients, making every bite a mindful and nourishing experience. We’re so lucky to have had his expertise influence this incredible meal!

To end on a sweet note, we celebrated SÖNRAI’s anniversary with a super delicious vegan, gluten-free cake by lovely Zane, a perfect way to wrap up a day of self-care and connection. 🎂✨🌿🍴
