This is the very beautiful Fuengirola beach as we headed towards sunset. AND this is where many of my 'Tim's Tours' will be taking place. Many people bypass Fuengirola for the bright lights of Marbella, but there are some gastronomic delights tucked away in Fuengi"s old town.

Hi – my name is Tim Hatfield. I have been living in Spain on and off for more than 15 years. Welcome to Tim's Tours.

It has long been an ambition of mine to share my love of everything Spanish with whoever will listen to me. I have always loved discovering new places to eat and drink. Especially places where the locals go.

It does upset me that so many non-Spanish just look in and walk past many of these little gems. Or perhaps they don’t even find them – just opting to stick to the safe, tourist beaten track. You have no idea what you are missing, and I want Tim’s Tours to change that.

I aim to bring the bars and restaurants enjoyed by the locals on the Costa del Sol to anyone who loves discovering new places to eat and drink.

I will be starting up my tours in the coming months in Malaga, Fuengirola and Marbella. Watch this space as I start to share some of my little gems on here.
