Gold and silver medals for wines from Es Fangar, in Felanitx.

El nostre celler Es Fangar Vins premiat al XXI Concurso Internacional de Vinos Bacchus.

El vi "Sa Fita", que ha rebut una medalla d'or, és un vi jove elaborat amb les varietats Chardonnay, Giró Ros, Moscatell i Viognier. Ha estat fermentat en acer inoxidable, del qual un 10% de la seva elaboració ha estat en bota de roure francès de primer any.

El vi "Lo Cortinel·lo 2022", que ha rebut una medalla de plata, està elaborat amb les varietats Giró Ros i Chardonnay. És un vi elaborat 100% en roure de primer any utilitzant durant 4 anys la tècnica del batonnage.

Enhorabona per aquest gran reconeixement! 🍷✨

Great to have the Pollensa Wine Fair back this year. Much more space in the open air location this year. Highlights for me were the Viognier aged in Acacia barrels from Can Axartell and the 2013 Syrah from Mont Ferrutx 🙂🍷🍷
