Sounds: Breeze through the trees, birdsong, a thump of a boxing glove during group cardio box, the odd whine from a pilates participant noticing deep glutes for the first time in years! Clinking of wine glasses and chill out tunes in the background or relaxing music as you get pampered during Nunu's massage. You never know, might even get a bit of disco on the lawn after a couple of wines ;-)
