We’re growing fast – and we need a Detail-Oriented Admin & Accounting Assistant to help us scale.
If you’re a Google Workspace wiz, capable of turning chaos into order, obsessed with customer satisfaction and want to be part of Mallorca’s most exciting concierge company, this role is for you.
**What You’ll Do**:
✅ Manage invoices, expenses, incoming and outgoing payments (basic accounting skills needed).
✅ Organise client data in our CRM and streamline processes.
✅ Create brochures for client proposals & itineraries
✅ Be the backbone of our operations as we expand the company
✅ Provide PA work for the owner to free up valuable time to grow the business
✅ Handle new enquiries
**You’re Perfect For This If You**:
✔️ Live for spreadsheets and systems.
✔️ Can juggle 10 tasks while keeping a smile.
✔️ Speak English + minimum basic Spanish (other languages a bonus!).
✔️ Want to grow with a company that’s redefining luxury service in Mallorca.
✔️Have been on the Island for at least 2 years and based in the South West
