We found this incredible town house in the center of Mallorca in need of a complete renovation and fell in love with it. We have tried to restore it to its original state preserving the beautiful wooden doors and beam and the old tiled floors and then added a few modern updates such as the bathrooms and kitchen and laundr

y room and then decorated in with modern art lots of details and comfortable furniture to make it homely . But the talking point is most defiantly the restructuring of the patio where we put in a small pool with decking and an under and over chill out area where the balmy summer nights can be spent looking at the stars while enjoying the local wines and a BBQ
We decided to share our home with tourists who appreciate the comforts of being in a village and of a home filled with art and design who do not want the sterile surroundings of a hotel or of a house decorated just for holiday makers.
