An exclusive rural retreat fit for you and the family. We’ve returned our 300 year old finca to its former glory, and modernised it for holiday rentals in Ibiza. We’ve equipped the villa with everything you would expect for your holiday comfort… and more.
We started out with a vision. Bring the comfort, quality and the tranquility of a hotel to the privacy of a villa. So we began work on renovating our 300 year old finca into a destination for holidaymakers looking for the rustic style and service our Island was once famous for.
Our connections and Ibizan hospitality, we’re able to suggest some incredible extras services to make your stay even more comfortable. So please, let us know what you need to make your Villa holiday even more relaxing.
The Villa is aimed at families and groups of friends who are seeking a relaxing break from their busy lives. This is not a place to party the night away. Therefore, we regret that we do not accept bookings for parties, celebrations or events. If you do book the villa and throw a party without informing us, you will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund for unused days.
The Villa is licensed under local law. Turistic House License Number: ET-0524-E. Every legal holiday rental in Ibiza requires an ET number.

We know you will have questions. Does the villa have WiFi? a Washing Machine? a Pool? Don’t worry… below is a list of everything you need to know about the Can Fita. If there’s something missing from the list that you need, just let us know…. It’ll be ready and waiting for your arrival.
3 x Bedrooms (Officially sleeping 6) – 1 x King with En Suite, 1 x double and 1 x double (or twin if required) in the main Finca.
