The house has two bedrooms, one with a 160 x 190 double bed and the second with 2 single beds (90 x 190), fitted wardrobes are in both bedrooms. One of the bathrooms has a shower, the other has a bathtub.
In the bright living room are among other things a sofa, a stove and the dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, stove with 4 hotplates, oven, refrigerator, microwave and all necessary utensils for a comfortable stay.
In front of the house is the beautiful covered terrace. Enjoy here your beautiful holiday evenings and depending on the view and season wonderful sunsets. There is also a landscaped garden with sun loungers and a fantastic hot tub. This is also holiday ... bask in the whirlpool bath with a glass of wine and enjoy the fantastic view of the sea and the sea.
On the upper floor there is also an attic with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 more people. For the car there is a parking space within the property.

The villa is completely new and very high quality & modern furnishings. (As of June 2015) It stands in a villa area of Santa Ursula (about 400m above sea level) with a view of the pitoresque north coast, the Atlantic Ocean and the neighboring island of La Palma.
The villa has a garden, a large terrace with a furnished, wind-protected pavilion and a fantastic panorama view as well as a relaxation area with sunbathing and grillareal.

To the sea it is about 10-15 minutes by car, to the next shopping possibilities about 5 minutes. Behind you is the magnificent mountain panorama and numerous paths invite you to go hiking
The villa offers about 155 sqm of living space, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 living / dining room and a modern kitchen. The bedrooms are divided as follows: Main bedroom: 1 quality bed 150 x 190; 2nd bedroom: 2 single beds of 0.90 x 1.90m and the third bedroom has a wider single bed with the masses 105 x 190m. The master bedroom has access to a private furnished terrace with a beautiful view and a private bathroom with hydromassage bath. The third bedroom also has an outside access onto a small balcony with stunning sea views. All bedrooms and another bathroom with bathtub are on the first floor, which can be reached by stairs.

The holiday house with private pool for 5 persons is located in Callao Salvaje, 5 minutes from the beach. The house has been recently renovated and has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a pool which can be heated and terraces with garden furniture.
The house is located in a pedestrian zone, no car noise, a very sunny and quiet location close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the beach. Good parking is available in the area and two blocks from the house there are large free public parking. The beaches of Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos in one direction and Playa de San Juan, Playa de la Arena and Los Gigantes in the other direction are within 10 minutes' drive. The nearest golf course is 5 minutes away by car. If you like to play tennis, Callao Salvaje is also the right place. There are some tennis courts in the Callao sports center
The house has a living space of approx. 100 m2 and is located on a 500 m2 plot. There is a large living room with modern open kitchen and pool view. The 3 bedrooms are once the main bedroom with a double bed (1,80 x 1,90) and bathroom en suite with shower, the second bedroom is with two beds of 0.90 x 1.90 m, the third bedroom with a single bed From 0,90 x 1,90 m, The 2nd bathroom is also with shower. This holiday home with a private swimming pool is located in Adeje / Las Moraditas, above the south-west coast of Tenerife, in a beautiful location - green and with a fantastic panorama and sea view.
The previous guests are titled it as 'house with great flair' and that is it also! It is nestled on a slope on a 20.000qm plot, which consists of several levels, various garden areas and a total of 9 houses. Even the entrance of the site is inviting and the view over the entire southwest coast is fantastic.
The house has a private pool 9x4m with artificial grass and sunbathing. On the terrace there is also a nice pavilion and a brick barbecue area. On the house itself there are two terraces with seats and trees, which provide splendid shade in summer / midday.
The holiday home is nicely furnished. When you enter the house, you enter a small corridor, which seamlessly transitions into the living area and opens to the right - half - open view of the open kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need on holiday. In the living area there are couch, armchairs and a flatscreen with satellite TV.
From the living area goes one of the terraces. It is large and furnished with table and chairs and offers a wonderful view on the long side. Worth mentioning is the beautiful flowing work of the terrace floor, which reminds of Hundertwasser.
To the bedrooms: In the house there are three bedrooms, each with double bed, wardrobe and twice with megablick from the bed over the coast, the sea and La Gomera (with good visibility, of course). All bedrooms can be darkened. The bathroom has a bathtub. In the event that there should be something cool, there are electric radiators.

The one-storey holiday home with its huge panoramic front is situated in a quiet location on a 20,000 m² property with a total of 9 residential units in the Las Moraditas residential area, which is part of the popular municipality of Adeje but is not connected to its center.
In front of the house is a wide terrace, furnished and with a superb view of the south coast and the Atlantic. To the terrace is the 9x4m large, heated pool, which with its proximity to the house in the morning hours invites you to a refreshing bath or a few buoys.
The property is home to a wildly landscaped garden, sculptures, lights and a few peacocks, which will give you a feather when you are lucky. There is on the side of the house a second furnished terrace with a brick barbecue area and beautiful view.
To the u.g. Beaches, it is depending on the short 10-15 minutes drive. Shopping can be done in 5 minutes, strolling in 10 min. Everything with the car well, as the great view is that you are on a hill or rather on a slope.
