We are going to be trialling self-service check ins at the apartment. We've done this for years at our cabin in Scotland and it has worked very well. I've spent many nights lately, waiting patiently for guests but with late flights and delays it can literally last for hours. We are going to be so busy over the summer so I need to do something and this seems to make sense. Before arrival we will send out full instructions. Of course, we will always be on hand to help those who can't do the self service, but lets give it a try and see how it works.
