iences have led her all across the globe while working for the chocolate company Cacao Sampaka in Barcelona. There, she spread the word about the culture of cacao in Europe, giving workshops, tastings, pairings, and even presentations in Japan. After all her travels and experiences, Nuria decided that she wanted to create Xocolatt to spread the word about the culture of cacao through workshops, tastings, and tours.
